As I am here sitting up into the morning on April 29, 2006. Time being 1:Francisco. I have many thoughts cross my mind. I am contemplating on the upcoming draft in a few hours.

The question that comes to mind, is why is that the Houston Texans selected Mario Williams over heisman trophy winner Reggie Bush. I have to say that Houston is making the right decision to pick a defensive player to boost their team. This pick seems like its going to be beneficial to Houston Texans. Now the next question, where does Reggie Bush goes from here? Well, talks says that my San Francisco willing to give up there picks in the first round to move up to second spot to select Reggie Bush. My thought to that is that will be a great idea. I have to say that this will be great idea another offensive powerforce. At the same time, we also needs to make moves to make our team better.

That's my take on the draft.

Well I just arrive home from my studying at the library on upcoming exam tomorrow night after work, the time is 11:40 pm. As I was eating my dinner, I browsed ESPN for new information on what's going on in the sports world and came across this article.

Fan charged after throwing object at Bonds
Associated Press

PHOENIX -- A 23-year-old Arizona man was charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly throwing an object at Barry Bonds during Monday night's game between San Francisco and Arizona.
The object, which resembled a toothpaste tube, landed a few feet in front of Bonds and was removed by a security guard. The incident occurred in the fourth inning.
"If you want to cheer for Barry or boo Barry, that's part of the game. But if you throw things or go after him, that's not what anyone wants."
Bonds' teammate Randy Winn
The Diamondbacks announced that Mark Greggersen, 23, of Show Low, Ariz., had been charged with disorderly conduct.
"We take that stuff very seriously," Diamondbacks President Richard H. Dozer said.
It's the second time this month that Bonds had an object thrown at him from the stands during a game.
Earlier this month in San Diego, a fan tossed a syringe near Bonds as he came off the field in between innings at Petco Park. The person who did that was never caught.
Dozer said the Diamondbacks had added several security guards for the four-game series with the Giants, which opened Monday night. "We had three guys on [the fan] before the follow-up was through," Dozer said, referring to the alleged offender's throwing motion.
Bonds declined to speak to reporters after the game.
Center fielder Randy Winn, the closest teammate to Bonds when the incident occurred, said he did not see the fan throw the object. But Winn said he was concerned it could become common.
"It's definitely not a trend that we want to continue," Winn said. "I know he's going through a lot. First and foremost, he's a human being.
"If you want to cheer for Barry or boo Barry, that's part of the game," Winn said. "But if you throw things or go after him, that's not what anyone wants."
"I don't say anything [to Barry Bonds about the incident]. Barry's a man of stature. I think he's well-prepared for what's going on."
Giants manager Felipe Alou
Giants manager Felipe Alou said he was not concerned about security surrounding his slugger, who needs six home runs to tie Babe Ruth for second place on the career home run list.
"They might be doing a good job; we don't know," Alou said. "It's hard to control everything on everybody.
"I'm really not concerned," Alou said. "Security has been upgraded in this country for four or five years now."
Alou said he didn't plan to speak to Bonds about the latest incident.
"I don't say anything," Alou said. "Barry's a man of stature. I think he's well-prepared for what's going on."

Now why is this idiot throwing things at Barry Bonds? Is it because of the issues surrounding Bonds on steriods usuage?

I have to say that for anyone to come to a quick judgement about Bonds using steriods willingly is completely wrong. As an African-American in this society, it appears that we must always find a way to keep African-America stars down. Especially someone of the caliber of Barry Bonds. The media is always poking their nose in places they don't belong. People might come to a another quick judgement that I just want to play the race card. Let me tell you something if you rush into that judgement, then honestly you do not know me. I am just sadden my thoughts about all the abuse towards Bonds that he is receiving from fans these days. Don't get me wrong, I am not playing like that I am in another world or don't know what's going on. I have to say that I am not. I am with all that say a person is innocent till proven guilty. Until then, Bonds is still my hero. Lets face the music, Bonds is not the only athlete in this world that took steriods to get ahead in the game. Look Mark Mcgwire, Jose Canseco, and others. In fact if Bonds did. Why would he have to lie? There are others in his same boat. Therefore, I feel that Bonds do not have to lie about anything.

In conclusion, I have to say that we should not rush to judgement without knowing the all of the facts. Those that continue to mistreat Bonds on the road trips away from Pac Bell Park are wrong . Let them sit in a room with me one day to see if they want keep the same views.

My take on this hot issue.

Controversy whether if MJ and Kobe should be put in the same class.

Is Kobe Bryant really better than Michael Jordan or the same ?

This is huge debate in the sports world. I want everyone to keep the following in mind.
There is no way that KOBE can ever be compared to MJ. I really feel that MJ played in a different time category compared to what KOBE plays in now. Remember that MJ had the triangle offense surrounded or which Doc Phil implemented just for him and there were different rules at the time he played. Even though both are fortunate to have Doc Phil coach them; we can't really compare the two. I strongly feel that they are both in two categories and different time spans. Jordan was competing with Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, and other great players in league history. KOBE is competing with younger players trying to make a name for themselves compared to legends that were already established when Jordan played the game. For instance, Lebron James (who is no doubt in my mind will be legend when he is done) Carmelo Anthony, and others.

Lets not forget that MJ had a supporting cast that assisted him in many areas. Jordan had three point specialists BJ Armstrong, John Paxson, and others. Also there was all around player that I would not hestitiate to have on my team at any time. Scottie Pippen... At one time, KOBE don't really have this type of supporting cast, and he is doing what he has to do. Therefore, this makes KOBE a special player compared to most. Overall, they both have a lot of milestones that they have both accomplished. Although, Kobe's look very impressive because he is a current player.

Well for now, I have to get back to work, and I just wanted to get my opinion back out there for my buddies that was debating on this issue.

Keep in mind this is from someone that is not a Laker fan, and I was a huge MJ fan back in the hayday.

Will talk again! Keep coming back for more on what I got to say.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) - Ron Artest really did predict the future. The Sacramento Kings are headed to the playoffs, just as he guaranteed back in January - and now Artest won't be satisfied unless this unlikely trip lasts into the second round.
Mike Bibby hit five 3-pointers while scoring 23 points, and the Kings celebrated their eighth consecutive playoff berth with a 96-79 victory over the New Orleans Hornets on Sunday night.
Bonzi Wells scored 16 points in three quarters for the Kings, who got their eighth win in 10 games to surge into the postseason. Sacramento's playoff spot was clinched midway through the fourth quarter when ninth-place Utah lost 111-95 at Dallas, but the Kings still finished strong in their 10th straight victory over the Hornets at Arco Arena since 1997.
Artest transformed the Kings' season when he arrived in a trade with Indiana for Peja Stojakovic, the last holdover from Sacramento's first playoff berth in the streak back in 1999. Bibby and coach Rick Adelman also deserve plenty of credit for Sacramento's surprising turnaround.
"It's gratifying to come from where we were, especially the last three weeks," Adelman said. "We got back into this thing, and that's a real accomplishment. On Jan. 30, we were behind about six teams that didn't make it. ... This is the fun part. It's a new season, and anything can happen."
Shortly after Artest arrived in town with a tarnished reputation and near-boundless energy from sitting out most of the last 1 1/2 seasons, he brashly guaranteed a playoff berth for his new 18-24 club. Then he led the Kings back from mediocrity with superb play on both ends, culminating in this last surge to the postseason.
Or maybe this isn't the culmination. Two weeks ago, Artest guaranteed the Kings would reach the second round - and though Artest makes predictions with all the caution of a boxing promoter, he insists he's serious.
"We're not finished," he said. "We've got a long season ahead of us. We're far from done. Our goal is to come out of this year No. 1, and win a championship."
Although this game loomed on the schedule for weeks as a potential playoff decider, Sacramento already squelched the Hornets' slim postseason hopes with a 100-82 victory at Denver on Saturday night.
The Kings (43-38), who have won 17 of their last 20 home games, can finish seventh in the West only if they beat Seattle on Tuesday night and the Hornets upset the Lakers (44-37) on Wednesday. If not, Sacramento likely will open the postseason in San Antonio against the defending NBA champions.
Sacramento never trailed after the opening minute, opening a 21-point lead in the second quarter with several steady surges. Bibby scored 10 points in the third, and both clubs' reserves finished up most of the fourth.
Artest had 13 points, six rebounds and six assists while shooting more judiciously with his injured right thumb heavily wrapped. Shareef Abdur-Rahim, finally headed to the playoffs in his 10th NBA season, had eight points.
Rookie Chris Paul had 12 points and seven assists for the disheartened Hornets, who lost for the fourth time in five games. Coach Byron Scott held out guard Speedy Claxton and played his entire roster in the first half, clearly keeping everyone fresh in the opener of a season-ending three-game road trip.
"Coach told us before the game that he was going to (play) some guys that haven't been playing, and that was the way we're going to finish the year off," said David West, who had 10 points in less than 16 minutes.
Before the game, Scott expressed admiration for Adelman, his boss during two seasons as an assistant in Sacramento. The Kings' streak of five straight 50-win seasons ended during a year of wholesale change, but Adelman still coaxed a second-half surge out of his roster.
"He's done a terrific job," said Scott, a candidate for the NBA's coach of the year award. "All the criticism he's taken has been unfair. All the changes they've had here, the trades, the turmoil ... it's a different team, but he's still winning. He's done a terrific job."
After just two playoff appearances in their first 13 years in Sacramento, the Kings haven't missed the playoffs since Adelman took over the club in 1998, winning two Pacific Division titles and falling one game short of the NBA Finals in 2002.
Only San Antonio and Indiana have longer postseason streaks, at nine seasons apiece.

I am here contemplating when I am going to begin studying for my next exam for a Quanitative Decision Making. This class has alot statistics and algebra which I have not done a while. This makes this class an obstacle for me. Remember what I say in my profile, that I continue to drive until I reach the top of the hill.
-------------------------------------------
At the same time its a great day because Jesus has rose from the dead. My question to many out there, Why is that Catholics seem to attend church only on Easter Sundays? They attend this service more than if they will attend a Christmas service.

-----
Lets digress away from those thoughts, I have to make a shout out to my Sacramento Kings, knock on wood and if we win on Tuesday night, then we will be heading to the playoffs again after two. My hats off to the Sacramento Kings organization for making the trade for Ron Artest. Although this was a pickup that Ron was against. It has become a positive situation and benefit to the Sacramento Kings. I belive that many people will agree with me that the defense of Sacramento Kings is the best it has been in a while.

------

Well I have to go for now. Got prepare for difficulty exam that I will be taking on Tuesday, and for a busy week.

I will try to post another message on here soon for all that visit my blog.

I have to say that Florida and UCLA has impressed me in March Madness.

Its tough to say whose going to win this big gam. I am leaning towards Florida winning, they seem like they got more hussle than UCLA.

Overall March Madness has been unpredictable this year, and I wonder whose going to win .
